3D Printing for Rail - Spare Parts, Tooling, and Interiors
In the railway sector, spare parts must remain available for decades, and batch sizes are small. Third-party 3D printing makes it possible to produce interior components, tools, and out-of-production parts on demand, reducing inventory and rolling stock downtime.
What we produce for the railway sector
- Interior spare parts: screw covers, caps, supports, handles, frames
- Components for cabins, fittings, and control panels
- Tooling, jigs, and fixtures for workshops and maintenance
- Functional prototypes for validation before series production
- Parts reproduced from 3D scans of original components
Materials and Technologies
For interiors, we offer technical materials with attention to safety requirements, including filaments with fire reaction classification and PA12 SLS parts. For lightweight structural parts, we use carbon-filled Nylon. The project's regulatory requirements are evaluated together with the client.
