3D Printing Furniture and Cabinetry - Lissone, Meda, Brianza
Strato3D is the third-party 3D printing service for the Brianza furniture district — Lissone, Meda, Cantù, Mariano Comense, Seveso, Carate, Lentate, Giussano — and for interior design studios in Milan. We help furniture companies, furniture factories, industrial joineries, and interior designers prototype components, replace unavailable spare parts, and create handles, knobs, hinges, locking systems, and decorative details.
What we produce for the furniture sector
- Custom handles, knobs and decorative hardware for kitchens, wardrobes, bookcases
- Custom hinges, locking systems and opening mechanisms
- Prototypes of furniture and components before wood or metal production
- Jigs and templates for milling, drilling and assembly in joinery
- Original spare parts for antique or discontinued furniture, from 3D scan
- 3D decorative elements: rosettes, capitals, mouldings, inlays
- Internal organization systems: drawer dividers, cutlery trays, containers
- Textured decorative panels and finishes for boiserie walls
- Integrated lighting components for kitchens, wardrobes and bookcases
- 1:1 scale models for fairs such as the Salone del Mobile
Optimal technologies for furniture
For technical furniture components, we use FDM with technical materials (PETG, ASA, PA-CF) for durability. For aesthetic details and premium finishes, we switch to SLA with tough resins that allow smooth surfaces ready for painting. For large elements (boiserie, display totems, mockups), we use FGF granules at competitive costs.
Ready-for-furniture finish
All pieces can be delivered with complete finish: RAL/Pantone painting, wood effect, metal effect (brass, copper, gold, chrome), embossing, fine sanding. Possibility of leather cladding for luxury handles and details.
Why the furniture district works with us
We are 15-30 minutes from Lissone, Meda, Cantù and Mariano Comense — the district is literally around the corner. With 50+ printers in operation, we manage urgent requests that arrive in the weeks before the Salone del Mobile, when everyone wants their pieces yesterday. For projects going into production, we provide material data sheets. Those developing new collections or working with premium brands sign NDAs by default. SolidWorks, Rhino, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD files are accepted without intermediate conversions.
