3D Printer Repair in Monza — Strato3D

Has your 3D printer stopped working and you don't know what to do? It happens to everyone: a clogged hot-end, a bed that won't attach, a board that no longer shows signs of life. At Strato3D, we repair 3D printers every day in our Monza lab and get your machine back up and running without much fuss.

A detail that makes all the difference: we are not a shop that occasionally lends a hand; we are an active 3D printing laboratory. We actually use printers every day, so we already know where to look when something isn't right.

How it works. The service is available online (you ship the printer to us) or by appointment at our lab in Monza.

Ticket opening: €50 + VAT. Includes intake and diagnosis. We will communicate the repair estimate and you approve it before any work is done: no surprises.

Brands and technologies we support

We work with all technologies — FDM (filament), resin (SLA, DLP, LCD), and powder (SLS) — and virtually every brand: Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, Elegoo, Flashforge, Artillery, QiDi, Snapmaker, Mingda, and many custom-built ones. Simply put: if it has an extruder or a resin vat, we know how it works.

The most common malfunctions we see

  • Extruder skipping steps, hot-end clogged, worn, or needs replacement
  • Bed not leveling, adhesion and auto-leveling issues
  • Belts, axes, guides, stepper motors, and mechanical misalignment
  • Boards, fans, power supplies, and sensors to check or replace
  • Firmware to update, restore, or reset
  • Calibration and tuning for both FDM and resin printers
  • Complete overhaul of machines that have been idle for too long

How we work

When we receive the printer, our first move is to truly understand what's wrong: we diagnose, explain the problem in understandable terms, and send you an estimate. We only proceed after your approval. Once the repair is complete, we perform real print tests, because we want to return a machine that works, not one that "should work."

One thing we say honestly: we diagnose with the printer in front of us, not over the phone. Too many factors are involved, and we prefer to inspect it thoroughly and resolve it on the first try.

How to get your printer to us

In person, by appointment only. Our lab is located at Via Francesco Guardi 7, Monza and is accessible strictly by appointment: call us first at 393 53 48 510 to schedule a day and time.

By shipping. Pack the printer well (preferably with the original foam, if you have it) and ship it with your courier: we'll take care of it as soon as it arrives.

With home pickup. If you prefer, we can send a courier to pick it up; we will communicate the cost beforehand, based on the package weight.
