The heart of the Strato3D service is our production department: 50+ professional 3D printers always running, supervised, able to handle jobs 24 hours a day. A fleet that combines industrial FDM, SLA resin, SLS sintering and FGF pellet printing, giving every project the most suitable technology with no compromises.

Technologies applied

FDM with technical materials (PA-CF, PETG-CF, PA12, ABS, ASA, PC). SLA with standard, tough, castable and biocompatible resins. SLS for functional parts. FGF for large sizes. Laser marking and cutting for finishing and customisation.

Fifty machines are worth nothing if there is nobody supervising them: every print is monitored, defects are stopped before they become a batch to redo. Processes are documented, quality control is on every job — not on a sample basis. Materials arrive with the batch technical data sheet, so you can trace everything along your supply chain. If the project requires confidentiality we work under NDA; if it requires documentation for regulated sectors such as medical or automotive, we produce it. In case of urgency call us directly: with 50+ machines we can often open a production slot the same day.
