The Bambu Lab Filament Track Switch is an X2D filament path switching module that removes the fixed bond between AMS units and nozzles. Once installed, any filament in any connected AMS can be freely routed to either the left or right nozzle, as assigned by the slicer. In conjunction with dynamic mapping support in Bambu Studio, the slicer can intelligently reassign filaments between nozzles layer-by-layer to minimize purge waste and reduce total print time.
