3D Printing for Home Appliances and Small Appliances - Prototypes and Spare Parts

Knobs, supports, gears, and covers of household appliances break or go out of production. Manufacturers, service centers, and designers use third-party 3D printing to prototype new appliances and reproduce parts that are no longer available.

What we produce for the industry

  • Aesthetic and functional prototypes of new products and accessories
  • Out-of-production spare parts: knobs, levers, gears, supports, clips
  • Internal components: housings, guides, fans, ducts
  • Jigs and fixtures for assembly lines
  • Parts reproduced from a sample or 3D scan

Materials and technologies

For parts subject to heat or stress, we use ABS, ASA, and carbon-filled Nylon; for gears and sliding components, we choose PA12 in SLS or wear-resistant technical materials. For aesthetic covers, we offer SLA with a painted finish. Where required, we use food-contact or high-temperature filaments.
