Sunlu - PC-ABS

Description

Material Properties and Performance SUNLU PC-ABS Black is engineered for superior mechanical performance. The integration of PC and ABS enhances tensile strength and rigidity while maintaining a lightweight profile. Its low hygroscopic nature ensures minimal moisture absorption, leading to consistent print quality and dimensional accuracy. With a heat deflection temperature of up to 102 degrees Celsius, this filament is suitable for components exposed to high temperatures. Applications This filament is ideal for producing functional prototypes and end-use parts that require high strength and thermal resistance. Common applications include automotive interior parts like dashboards and door handles, electronic enclosures, and industrial tools. Its durability and stability make it suitable for parts subjected to mechanical stress and harsh environments. Printing and Handling For optimal results, print SUNLU PC-ABS Black at a nozzle temperature between 260 and 280 degrees Celsius and a bed temperature of 100 - 110 degrees Celsius. A print speed of 50 to 230 mm/s is recommended. To improve bed adhesion, use a suitable adhesive such as PVA glue. Given its composition, it is advisable to use an enclosed printer or a heated chamber to maintain a consistent ambient temperature during printing. Additionally, annealing printed parts can help relieve internal stresses and improve mechanical properties. Before printing, ensure the filament is properly dried to avoid moisture-related issues. Dry the filament at 80 degrees Celsius for 24 hours or at 110 degrees Celsius for 4 hours. Proper storage in a dry environment is essential to maintain filament quality. SUNLU PC-ABS Black is a high-performance 3D printing filament that combines the heat resistance and toughness of polycarbonate (PC) with the excellent processability of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). This blend results in components that remain stable even at elevated temperatures and can easily withstand mechanical stress. The filament not only provides robust parts but also offers a smooth surface finish, making it ideal for applications requiring both strength and aesthetics. Key Features Excellent heat resistance High impact strength Smooth surface finish Excellent workability Suitable for automotive, electronic, and industrial components Compatible with metallic coatings

Sono alle prime armi con la stampa 3D... L'ABS non si è imbarcato neanche un po',cosa rara... già in lista il prossimo ordine...

Ci risiamo (in positivo) – SUNLU

Boh, all'inizio ero scettico. Una bobina di ABS fa il suo lavoro, niente di eccezionale ma onesto. Ho avuto un piccolo problema e l'hanno risolto senza storie. Ci resto.
