Multilight Technology for Maximum Flexibility

The combined ONE Plus + 7 + 34 system uses blue laser lines and NIR structured light to enable extremely precise scans in all lighting conditions.

  • Single Laser Line: for precise detection of deep and hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for narrow geometries such as holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 1:6.
  • 34 Intersecting Laser Lines: for comprehensive 3D scans. This configuration efficiently covers larger areas and significantly increases scanning speed, ideal for rapid digitization of complex objects.
  • Seven Parallel Blue Laser Lines: scans complex structures with a high level of detail. Even the most delicate surface features are accurately captured with a maximum resolution of 0.1 mm, ideal for applications requiring high levels of detail accuracy.
  • NIR Structured Light: The NIR (Near-infrared) mode uses structured infrared light to perform fast, marker-free scans. This method is particularly suitable for delicate or difficult-to-mark surfaces.

The combination of blue laser lines and infrared structured light allows for flexible detection of objects of various sizes, from very small (5 mm³) to very large (up to 4000 mm³).
