Strato3D's PLA Milky White is a filament designed specifically for light diffusion. Its milky white colouring, with a matte and uniform effect, softens and spreads LED light, eliminating sharp light points and annoying hotspots, for a result that is even and pleasing to the eye.
It is the ideal choice for printing lamps, lampshades, diffusers, illuminated signs, lightboxes and any project in which light must filter through in a soft and diffused way. By adjusting the wall thickness and the infill percentage, it is possible to modulate the degree of opacity and the intensity of the light passing through the part.
Easy to print like a standard PLA, it offers excellent layer adhesion, a clean surface finish and reliable prints even on complex geometries.
