PioCreat G5 Ultra – Next-Generation Industrial Pellet 3D Printer

The PioCreat G5 Ultra utilizes FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) technology, enabling direct printing with thermoplastic pellets. This approach drastically reduces material costs compared to traditional filament printing. The new-generation extruder handles a wide range of materials, including advanced composites like PA-CF and PETG-GF.

Nozzle temperature up to 420°C

The extruder with segmented heating zones can accommodate nozzles with diameters from 0.4 mm up to 3 mm and prints pellets/granules with a diameter of 2–5 mm. The 3-liter hopper ensures continuous feeding.

Smart laser leveling

Non-contact measurement with a laser sensor significantly reduces leveling time and improves accuracy.

High speed

Speeds up to 220 mm/s with a material flow of 0.8 kg per hour.
