PioCreat G12 – Industrial Pellet 3D Printer

The PioCreat G12 is a large industrial pellet 3D printer, suitable for various industrial applications. It features a fully enclosed print chamber with a constant temperature of 60°C and an enormous print volume of 1200 × 1000 × 1000 mm. The maximum print speed of 100 mm/s ensures reduced production times.

FGF Technology

The PioCreat G12 is based on FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) technology: thermoplastic pellets are loaded into a hopper, heated and melted through a screw extrusion system, and the homogeneous mass is extruded to build the model. The direct use of pellets makes FGF printing incredibly cost-effective for industrial applications.

Screw Nozzle

Diameter 0.6–6 mm, maximum temperature 450 °C. Materials melt completely and are extruded smoothly.

Enormous Print Volume

1200 × 1000 × 1000 mm for industrial components and large finished products.
