FGF Pellet ABS

Description

STRATO3D's ABS is a robust and heat-resistant material, ideal for technical and functional prints. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is one of the most widely used plastics in the manufacturing industry, valued for its hardness, rigidity, and good thermal resistance up to approximately 100°C.

Thanks to its dimensional stability and ease of post-processing (sanding, painting, bonding with acetone), ABS is the ideal choice for mechanical prototypes, functional parts, and technical components.

  • Material: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
  • Form: Granular pellets for FGF extruder
  • Recommended printing temperature: 230–250°C
  • Print bed: 90–110°C (heated bed recommended)
  • Heat resistance: up to ~100°C
  • Compatible with pellet printers (FGF)
