Easy production of channel letters
Thanks to the Creality K8, the process of producing channel letters can be significantly shortened. Instead of the 25 hours needed for traditional production (e.g., cutting material with a plotter, polishing, painting), working with the presented device takes up to two hours and involves only a few steps.
Create LED 3D letters faster
The Creality K8 allows you to print letters with various font styles: oblique, straight, etc. With two extruders pumping filament into one common nozzle, the K8 makes it possible to create colorful models. The entire work process is highly automated and does not require the use of other devices (laser plotter, welder, etc.) as is the case in traditional methods of producing contour letters.
Large workspace
The workspace of the Creality K8 is: 800 x 800 x 85 mm. This large space allows for the creation of even very large contour letters or the printing of several letters at once. This makes the 3D printer an even more useful and versatile tool.
Movement precision
Thanks to solutions known from professional industrial devices, the K8 offers high precision in the movements of the actuators. The precision obtained during movement on the XYZ axes is 0.02 mm. This increases the quality of the final models.
Colorful 3D advertising letters
The Creality K8 has been designed to print colorful 3D advertising letters. This function is achieved through two extruders that pump filament from two different spools into one common nozzle. This solution allows for automatic color change without having to manually reposition the printing material. The K8 can use nozzles with the following hole diameters: 0.6 / 0.8 / 1 / 1.2 mm.
Two robust extruders
The K8 is equipped with two metal extruders that provide high extrusion power to the printing material. The filament passes through the PTFE tube to the printing nozzle without resistance. Thermal isolation ensures smooth operation.
In addition to operating precision, the K8 is also quiet. The linear guide slides without causing unwanted noise. The motors, despite their high speed, do not overheat and offer stable operation.
Mechanical and automatic leveling
The Creality K8 3D printer allows for mechanical and automatic leveling (using the sensor). It supports dynamic leveling compensation.
Smart filament sensor
The sensor monitors the material feeding process in real-time. In the event of an interruption or run-out of filament, an audible alarm alerts the user to intervene.
