PMSM Servo Extruder
The newly developed PMSM servo extruder sets new standards in flow control and stability.
With an extrusion force of up to 8.5 kg, approximately 70% more than its predecessor, it effortlessly handles even high material volumes without compromising accuracy.
The in-house designed Servo architecture samples filament resistance and position 20,000 times per second (20 kHz) and detects any abrasion or clogging issues in real-time.
The result: smooth material flow, fewer interruptions, and consistently perfect layers, even with demanding high-flow prints.
Automatic Flow Dynamics Calibration
A precise eddy current sensor measures nozzle pressure in real-time and intelligently adjusts the flow rate. The result: consistent extrusion across all layers and perfect dimensional accuracy.
AI-Supported Error Detection
Thanks to integrated computer vision technology, the P2S detects typical print defects, such as stringing and blobbing, and also automatically checks whether the print plate settings match the selected surface in the slicer.
Adaptive Airflow Technology
The innovative cooling system uses direct air intake from outside instead of recirculating hot air in the print chamber.
This significantly improves cooling performance: even with the door closed, low-melting materials can be printed without problems, with no loss of quality due to overhangs.
Adaptive Heat Preserving Airflow System
For high-temperature filaments like ABS or PA, the system uses fin-controlled heat regulation.
The air in the print chamber remains consistently warm, while a high-performance activated carbon filter constantly circulates purified air: ideal for technical applications that require clean indoor air.
High-Speed 1080 Pixel Live View Camera
The integrated Full HD camera with advanced LED lighting offers razor-sharp live views and stunning time-lapse recordings. This allows you to keep an eye on your print, even from afar.
