Description

The Bambu Lab H2D TPU High-Flow Kit is a hotend upgrade for the Bambu Lab H2D and H2D Pro, designed to significantly improve printing speed and flow rate when printing flexible TPU filaments. The kit includes dedicated 0.4mm and 0.6mm high-flow TPU hotends with a specially designed inner lining that reduces extrusion resistance and extends the melt zone. When printing 90A TPU, the kit offers up to 100% higher flow rate and reduces printing time by approximately 30% for typical applications such as footwear. Printing parameters are pre-set for all Bambu TPU filaments and require no manual adjustment. Note: The TPU hotend can only be installed on the right nozzle and is not compatible with the filament cutter. Automatic filament changing and automatic filament feeding and retraction are not supported on the right nozzle when the TPU hotend is installed. Only flexible filaments can be used: printing hard filaments such as PLA or PETG through the TPU hotend will damage the inner lining.
