The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is a high-performance 3D printer designed to deliver a fully automated user experience in a compact format. Ideal for home environments, teaching labs or makerspaces, it integrates advanced automatic calibration and diagnostic functions to guarantee consistent, precise results right from the first print.
Thanks to its fully automatic calibration system, the A1 Mini handles the following with no manual intervention: Z-offset, bed levelling, vibration compensation on the X/Y axes, extruder calibration and belt tension adjustment. This makes the start-up process extremely fast and reliable.
Fitted with a steel and extruded aluminium frame, it ensures structural rigidity and reduced vibration, thereby improving print quality even at high speeds. The motion system includes metal linear rails and a fully alloy extruder bar for greater durability.
The high-speed printing system (up to 500 mm/s with acceleration up to 10.000 mm/s²) is supported by an extruder capable of a maximum flow of 28 mm³/s, ideal for materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA. It can also print with a hotend up to 300 °C, while the heated bed reaches 80 °C, with a PEI surface (textured or smooth).
The mechanical architecture is completed by an active flow compensation system that uses high-frequency sensors to adjust extrusion pressure in real time. The result is a more uniform print, especially during fast transitions and on complex details.
