The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is a high-performance 3D printer designed to offer a fully automated user experience in a compact format. Ideal for home environments, educational labs, or makerspaces, it integrates advanced automatic calibration and diagnostic functions to ensure consistent and precise results from the very first print.

Thanks to its fully automatic calibration system, the A1 Mini manages without manual intervention: Z-offset, bed leveling, X/Y axis vibration compensation, extruder calibration, and belt tension adjustment. This makes the startup process extremely fast and reliable.

Equipped with a steel frame and extruded aluminum, it ensures structural rigidity and reduces vibrations, thereby improving print quality even at high speeds. The motion system includes metal linear rails and an all-alloy extruder bar for increased durability.

The high-speed printing system (up to 500 mm/s with acceleration up to 10,000 mm/s²) is supported by an extruder capable of a maximum flow of 28 mm³/s, ideal for materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, and PVA. It can also print with hotends up to 300 °C, while the heated bed reaches 80 °C, with a PEI surface (textured or smooth).

The mechanical architecture is complemented by an active flow compensation system that uses high-frequency sensors to adjust extrusion pressure in real time. The result is a more homogeneous print, especially in fast transitions and complex details.
