3D Printing for Textiles and Technical Textiles - Loom Spare Parts and Accessories

Spinning mills, weaving mills, and technical textile companies operate complex, often dated, machinery. Third-party 3D printing produces spare parts for looms and machines, process accessories, and prototypes, reducing machine downtime and procurement times.

What we produce for the industry

  • Spare parts for looms and textile machines: thread guides, cams, bobbins, supports, gears
  • Process accessories: spools, flanges, spacers, guides
  • Jigs and fixtures for garment manufacturing and quality control
  • Prototypes of fashion accessories, buttons, and technical components
  • Parts reproduced from samples or 3D scans

Materials and technologies

For functional spare parts, we use PA12 in SLS and carbon-filled Nylon, which are wear-resistant and lightweight; for sliding parts, we choose self-lubricating materials. For prototypes and aesthetic accessories, we use SLA and FDM. Tolerances are defined based on the fit.

Close to the Lombard textile districts

Textiles and silk have historically been concentrated between Como, the Lecco area, and the city of Monza. From Monza, we serve this industry with quick spare parts and technical materials. See also the service for fashion and footwear and for machinery.
