Technologies for sports
For mechanical strength and lightness, we use FDM with high-performance materials: PA-CF (Nylon carbon fiber), PETG-CF, standard PA12, polycarbonate. For flexible parts (soles, grips, protections), we use TPU. For small isotropic series, we use SLS in PA12.
Total customization for athletes
Possibility to print custom components starting from a 3D scan of the athlete's body or an existing component. Custom insoles, grips designed for the hand, supports adapted to the athletic movement. Scanning and modeling service included.
Territory, materials and small batches
We are in Brianza, an area with a high concentration of sports brands and bike shops — many already know us. The materials we use are the same as those used in industry, not generic desktop printer filament. For professional athletes ordering three pieces or sports startups validating an entire range: costs are calculated on actual volume, without artificial minimums.
