3D Printing Sport and Custom Equipment

Technologies for sport
For mechanical strength and light weight we use FDM with high-performance materials: PA-CF (carbon-filled nylon), PETG-CF, standard PA12, polycarbonate. For flexible parts (soles, grips, protective parts) we use TPU. For isotropic small runs we use SLS in PA12.
Total customisation for athletes
Components can be printed to measure starting from a 3D scan of the athlete's body or of an existing component. Custom insoles, grips designed around the hand, mounts adapted to the sporting movement. Scanning and modelling service included.
Local presence, materials and small runs
We are in Brianza, an area with a high concentration of sports brands and bike workshops — plenty of them already know us. The materials we use are the same as industry uses, not that generic desktop-printer filament. For professional athletes ordering three pieces or sports startups validating an entire range: costs are calculated on the real volume, with no artificial minimums.
