3D Printing for Doors and Windows - Custom Spare Parts and Components
Manufacturers and installers of windows and doors often need a single accessory or a spare part that is no longer in the catalog. Third-party 3D printing reproduces technical plastic components, terminals, and accessories, with no minimum order and in short times.
What we produce for the sector
- Out-of-production spare parts: terminals, bearings, trolleys, diverters, caps
- Accessories and components for windows, shutters, blinds, and mosquito nets
- Drilling jigs and assembly masks for installation
- Prototypes of new profiles and accessories before series production
- Parts reproduced from a sample or 3D scan
Materials and technologies
For components exposed to atmospheric agents, we use ASA and PETG, which are UV-resistant; for sliding parts subject to wear, we choose PA12 in SLS or filled Nylon. Coupling tolerances are agreed upon to ensure correct functioning.
