3D Printing for Electronics and Electrotechnics - Enclosures and Prototypes
Those who design boards, sensors, and devices need to see the physical product long before production. We create enclosures, supports, and prototypes that allow for testing the ergonomics, heat dissipation, and mounting of a real board, without waiting for molds or milling.
What we produce for electronics
- Enclosures and cases for boards, power supplies, and IoT devices
- Supports, standoffs, and clips for securing PCBs and connectors
- Product prototypes for functional tests and mechanical validation
- Jigs and fixtures for assembly, testing, and in-line inspection
- Custom bezels, buttons, caps, and cable glands
Materials and technologies
For enclosures, we use ABS and ASA in FDM, with good dimensional stability, or SLA resins for fine surfaces and hole details. For applications requiring heat dissipation or flame retardant requirements, we offer dedicated technical materials. For parts that need to dissipate electrostatic charges, we use ESD/antistatic filaments.
