3D Printing Cosmetics and Premium Packaging
A perfume bottle cannot look generic. The prototype of a cap, the shape of a dispenser, the geometry of a closure — these are the details that decide whether a product sells or not. Strato3D works with cosmetics brands, perfumeries and packaging designers to reach the physical piece before the injection mould: faster, less expensive, and the shape can still be changed three more times if necessary.

Technologies and materials
For aesthetics and fine detail we use SLA with clear resins (glass effect), premium white or pigmentable resins. For technical pieces (functional closures, snap-fits, mechanical applicators) we use FDM in PETG or ABS. For small runs we use SLS in PA12.
Luxury beauty finishes
Beauty packaging demands impeccable finishes: polishing, clear glass effect, metallisation (rose gold, gold, silver), UV gloss/matte painting, soft-touch, embossing, hot foil. Option of leather coverings for super-premium packaging and limited editions.
How we work with beauty brands
Prototyping in 48-72 hours is the norm, not the exception. The international brands we work with sign standard NDAs — file handling is confidential by default. We accept Rhino, KeyShot and SolidWorks files with no problematic conversions. If the project requires materials certified for food or skin contact, we arrange it before starting. The quote is based on the real volume: no surprises at the end of the job.
