3D Printing Cosmetics and Premium Packaging
A perfume bottle cannot look generic. The prototype of a cap, the shape of a dispenser, the geometry of a closure — these are details that decide whether a product sells or not. Technologies and materials
For aesthetics and fine detail, we use SLA with transparent resins (glass effect), premium white resins, or pigmentable resins. For technical parts (functional closures, snap-fit, mechanical applicators), we use FDM in PETG or ABS. For small series, we use SLS in PA12.
Luxury beauty finishes
Beauty packaging requires impeccable finishes: polishing, transparent glass effect, metallization (rose gold, gold, silver), UV gloss/matte painting, soft-touch, embossing, hot foil. Possibility of leather coatings for super-premium packaging and limited editions.
How we work with beauty brands
Prototyping in 48-72 hours is the norm, not the exception. The international brands we work with sign standard NDAs — file management is confidential by default. We accept Rhino, KeyShot, and SolidWorks files without problematic conversions. If the project requires certified materials for food or skin contact, we organize this before starting. The quote is based on real volume: no surprises at the end of the job.
