Efficient Heated Bed for Faster Results
The heated bed consists of four independent 410mm x 410mm PEI magnetic platforms, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 100°C. The platforms heat up quickly, reaching 100°C across the entire area in just 17 minutes (from an ambient temperature of 25°C). For increased energy efficiency, the heated bed can be controlled independently, either automatically detecting the model location or manually adjusting as needed.
High-Speed Printing Performance
Powered by a 64-bit 1.5G clock speed quad-core processor (SOC RK3328), this printer delivers fast printing speeds up to 300mm/s (recommended 150mm/s), making it one of the fastest in its class. With six times the speed of traditional 3D printers, it can significantly reduce print times without compromising on quality.
Multi-Nozzle Printing for Increased Efficiency
The printer supports multi-nozzle printing with the addition of three extra printheads on the X-axis, allowing you to print up to four identical models simultaneously. Each nozzle can use the same material or different colors, enabling you to create multi-colored models in one print job, improving your production efficiency.
Powerful Cooling System for Quality Results
Equipped with thickened, double-sided cooling fans, this printer ensures excellent print quality by providing efficient cooling during printing. The fans feature intelligent control that automatically stops when printing is complete, saving energy, reducing noise, and extending the lifespan of the cooling components. The fan setup includes two 5015 ball blower fans and one 4010 ball axial fan.
Durable Construction for Long-Lasting Performance
This 3D printer is built with an integrated body design, combining elegance with durability. The X and Y axes feature linear guides, improving stability and extending the printer’s lifespan. The Z-axis is upgraded with a robust rod system for smooth operation and precise leveling. Upgraded Nozzle for Consistent Extrusion
The printer features a high-temperature 300°C nozzle with an advanced double-gear extrusion structure and a full titanium alloy heat pipe. The nozzle is upgraded with chrome zirconium copper and a 60W ceramic heating pad for more uniform extrusion, improving precision and print quality. The PID auto-calibration function ensures optimal temperature control, while the built-in acceleration sensor fine-tunes resonance compensation for smoother prints.
